Proposition 13.5.2.label If $K$ is an origin-symmetric convex body, then $0\in int(K)$

Proof. Since $K$ is convex, pick $y\in int(K)$ so $-y\in int(K)$. But $int(K)$ is convexx so $0=\frac{1}{2}y+\frac{1}{2}(-y)\in int(K)$.$\square$
